If the box door does not open automatically, the Property Manager needs to:

• Make sure the internet connection is stable and the app is running normally
• If it still fails, the box can be opened manually through the panel using the dedicated lever

If that does not work either, report it to the Yipy team right away and include the location, the time it happened, and photo or video evidence.
