Request Premium is a feature that lets the Property Manager (Building Management) verify and approve residents who register in Yipy and want to be connected to their unit.

With this feature, a resident's unit connection request is never activated automatically; it has to go through a verification process by the Property Manager first. The purpose is to keep residence data secure, confirm that residents are legitimate, and prevent misuse of access to a particular unit.
