Yes, the Property Manager can extend a tenant's lease period as long as the lease has not ended yet. The extension can be done through the Unit section on the Resident detail page in Yipy Web Management by updating the lease end date according to the latest agreement.
However, if the tenant's lease has already expired, that resident's data will no longer appear in the Resident list because the unit connection is no longer active. In this case, the Property Manager cannot extend the lease directly. The tenant has to submit a new unit connection request through the Request Premium feature first, and the Property Manager can then approve it so the account is reconnected to the unit and the lease period can be set again.
For that reason, the Property Manager is advised to process extensions before the lease expires so that administration keeps running smoothly without requiring a new request from the resident.
