A Staff Role determines the access rights and the features a staff member can use in the Yipy system. Each role has a different level of access according to their job responsibilities.

There are 4 staff roles in the Yipy system:

BM Admin
This role can only access Yipy Web Management. It is usually given to administrative staff responsible for managing the property's operational data through the web dashboard.

BM Manager
This role can access both Yipy Web Management and the Yipy Staff app. It is usually given to managers or supervisors who need to monitor the system and also run operations through the staff app.

Service Staff
This role is for staff registered under a service department, such as technicians, engineering, or housekeeping. Staff with this role can only access the Yipy Staff app to carry out operational tasks in the field.

Security Staff
This role is for staff registered under the security department. Staff with this role can only access the Yipy Staff app, and it is typically used for handling security reports, accepting patrol tasks, and responding to reports from residents.

Setting the right role helps ensure every staff member only has access that matches their duties, so the property's operations run in a more structured and secure way.
