How do I register a Yipy account?

  1. Download the Yipy app from the App Store or Google Play, then open it.
  2. On the first page, tap the Register Now button to start the registration process.

     
  3. Enter the requested details, such as your first name, last name, mobile number, and an active email address.

     
  4. The system will send an OTP code to the email address or mobile number you entered for verification. Enter the OTP code you receive.

     
  5. After that, complete your personal details to finish creating your account.

     
  6. Once your personal details are complete, your Yipy account is active and ready to use.
Important Notes!
  • Once you finish registering, your account still has Basic status (not yet connected to a unit) and can only access certain features.
  • To enjoy the full set of features at your residence, go through the Upgrade Premium User process and wait for verification and approval from your property management.
