Check the notification settings on your device (iOS/Android) and make sure notifications for Yipy are turned on. Check your internet connection as well.

If you still do not receive them, log out and log back in, or update the app to the latest version. If the problem continues, send a report through the Help feature along with a screenshot of your notification settings and your device type.
