Follow these steps to easily submit a report about a security issue at your residence through the Yipy app.

1. Open the Yipy app, then select the Security category on the Home page.
   
2. Once you are on the Security page, tap the "+" button to create a new report.
   
3. Fill in the report form according to the security issue you are experiencing. Select the relevant department, write the report title, and describe the details of the problem so it is easy for the officers to understand. When you are done, tap Submit.
   
   
4. Once the report has been submitted, it goes straight to the property manager. Please wait a moment until the report is received and followed up by the staff on duty.
   
5. After that, you can track your report directly in the Yipy app, from its initial status until it is fully resolved by the staff on duty.
   
6. Once the staff has resolved your report, you can close it by tapping the Approve button to confirm that the issue has been handled.
