The Service feature is a service reporting feature in the Yipy app that helps residents report issues or incidents related to services around their residence or apartment. Through this feature, residents can not only submit a report easily, but also follow its progress transparently, from the moment the report is created, to when staff pick it up, right through to seeing the final outcome of the action taken.
