Use the SOS feature only in an emergency, or when you feel that your safety or someone else's is at risk. Examples include an attempted crime, an urgent medical condition, a fire, being trapped somewhere, or any other situation that needs fast help from officers.

For non-urgent matters, we recommend using the Security feature so your report can be handled without disrupting the emergency response channel.
