Follow these steps to easily submit an Upgrade Premium User request through the Yipy app.

1. Open the Yipy app on your phone, then log in with the resident account registered to your email address or mobile number. Make sure your account has not gone through a premium user upgrade before.
2. On the first page, tap the Upgrade Premium button.
   
   
3. Next, tap the Upgrade Now button to start the request.
   
4. Select the unit you currently live in and complete your details, such as your mobile number and ID card / passport number, for verification by the property management. When you are done, tap the Submit button.
   
   
5. Your premium user upgrade request is now being verified by the property management.
   
6. Once the property management has verified it, you will receive a notification. Log in to your Yipy account again to access all the features available at that property.
