No need to worry — Yipy sends you a notification when your package is ready for pickup. To see the PIN code for collecting it, follow these steps:

1. Open the Yipy app, then select the Yipy Box menu.
   
2. On the Yipy Box page, select the package with the Ready for Pickup status.
   
3. On the Details page, tap the View PIN Code button at the bottom.
   
4. Enter that PIN code when you collect your package at the Yipy Box.
   

The PIN code is valid for 10 minutes.

To get a new PIN code, go back to the previous page and tap the View PIN Code button again.
