Response times can vary depending on the Security staff on duty when the report comes in, including how many officers are available and the conditions on the ground. Officers do their best to respond as quickly as possible, especially for reports that are urgent or high risk. In certain situations, though, for example when officers are handling another incident, a report may need extra time before it can be followed up.
