No need to worry — Yipy sends you a notification whenever a package arrives for you. To check the status of a package you have received, follow these steps:

1. On the Yipy Box page, you can see the list of packages waiting for you.
   
2. To see the full package information, tap one of them.
   

Here is what each package status means:

Awaiting Confirmation
The package has been received by staff. The recipient needs to confirm whether the package is theirs or not.

Ready for Pickup
The package has been stored in the Yipy Box and is ready to be collected by the recipient using the PIN code provided in the Yipy app.

In Queue
The package has been received by staff. It is waiting in the queue to be stored in the Yipy Box.

Collected by Recipient
The recipient has collected their package.

Expired
The package was not collected within the specified time. Yipy Box staff may take it out of the box and move it elsewhere.

Removed
The package was not collected within the time limit, so it was taken out or moved elsewhere. The recipient can still see where the package was moved to and collect it there.

Cancelled
Storing the package in the Yipy Box was cancelled for some reason. You can contact Yipy Box staff for more information.
